Easter Legs Of Lamb

We have such beautiful pastures that surround us here at The Butchery Box that are perfect for sheep farming.  Rich, lush pastures allow farmers to rear lamb slowly on a grass fed diet giving them the optimum muscle confirmation and perfect amount of evenly distributed fat-and this all adds up to great flavour!

Our Easter lamb this year is farmed across two different shires Berks and Oxon; Berkshire Down spring lamb and Oxfordshire lamb.

A Leg of lamb on the bone is tender, delicious and full of flavour whether its served rare, medium or well done. If you prefer, why not ask me to butterfly it for you to sizzle it on the BBQ (that’s the way I like it best!).
